California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) § 1798.121 — A-du, LLC
If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct A-du to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (SPI) to uses necessary to perform the services or provide the goods you reasonably requested, or otherwise permitted under § 1798.121(a). This page explains what SPI A-du collects, how to exercise your right, and what happens after you submit a request.
A-du may collect the following categories of SPI from Members who go through tenant screening, payment setup, or identity verification:
A-du already limits the use of SPI to purposes § 1798.121(a) permits without the need for any action on your part:
A-du does not sell SPI and does not share SPI with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a Limit SPI request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you and must complete A-du’s verification process. Include a copy of the signed authorization with your email.
The Privacy Policy sets out A-du’s full suite of California privacy rights, including the right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt out of sale/sharing, and non-retaliation rights. Those rights are exercised through the same legal@a-du.homes email path or through the mechanisms described in the Privacy Policy.
